2 Ingredient Biscuits

These biscuits are super easy to make and you will probably have the ingredients in your fridge already.

They remind me a bit of the KFC biscuits because they are a bit dense. They aren’t something that I would make everytime, but they are pretty tasty and take 10 minutes.

2 Cups self raising flour
1 cup heavy cream

Combine your ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.

Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead 10 times.

Roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut into rounds.

Place on lightly greased sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

Mine actually took a few extra minutes to get the perfect brown on top so make sure you check them after 10. {I left them in for another 3 minutes}

If you make the biscuits please take a pic and sent it to me @ momoftwosalums@hotmail.com. I would love to add the picture to my viewer pics page.
