so I have slowly been getting my groove back, that’s right you can call me Stella!
I made a new dinner tonight to try something new. The best part is most of it came directly from our garden.
8 large leaves of basil
Small onion finely chopped
Medium green pepper finely chopped
14 oz of cherry tomatoes (about 45 from my garden) Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup of water
1 cup Shredded Cheddar and mozzarella
1 large box of stove top
14 thinly sliced chicken
Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees
Step 1: Start off by chopping the onion, green pepper and your basil
(A trick with Basil is to roll it and then cut up the middle with kitchen scissors. You can then just cut it into small pieces)
Step 3: Layer your chicken in two large Pyrex dishes and season with salt and pepper (keeping in mind that the stuffing will be salty)
Step 4: Sprinkle your cheese evenly over the chicken
Step 5: Top with your stuffing mix
Step 6: Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
While the food is cooking give your kids a quick shower so bedtime will be quicker 🙂
This is L’s hair 10 minutes after the shower. If only mine looked like this!
Once it’s out of the oven just cut into it and enjoy!!
